today i was feeding the sock monkey with the lego baby bottle (yes, this is how i spend my days now) because he was sad... and lela was watching me. she looked a little disgusted and shook her head, came over to me, and said, "uh, hold his tail in so he doesn't pee on the mat. let me do it."
