new lela happenings

lela: - smacks her lips when talking and loves hearing herself do that (definitely a teacher's kid/grandkid!) - when she is announcing something she thinks is exciting she uses her best oprah voice, such as "mama, guess what? we're going to the plAAAAAAAAAAAAygrouuuuuuuuund!" with look of shock and all - takes serious all her big sister duties - gets anything we need for estelle when we ask, pushes us out of the way if she thinks something should be done differently for estelle (i.e. we try to give estelle a pacifier, lela whips it out, and sings her a song instead or tucks a musical toy next to her... often with a "no mama") - has a new best bud at gracepointe preschool, her name is arielle, and they are attached at the hip
